Returns & Refunds Policy


We absolutely want you to love your purchase, however sometimes an item doesn't work out as expected. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want your shopping experience with us to be as seamless as possible. That's why we offer a 7-day return policy.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.

It is important to inspect your garments upon arrival and BEFORE ANY TAGS ARE REMOVED. Be sure and try your items on BEFORE ANY TAGS ARE REMOVED. There is a time limit to get items back to us plus once the tags are removed for any reason, we cannot accept the items back.

Your happiness is our mission! To be eligible for a refund, the item must be brand new, unworn and unwashed, with tags, in its original packaging/condition, and not a FINAL SALE or NON-RETURNABLE/NON-EXCHANGEABLE item. 

Items returned that do not meet the return eligibility will be sent back to the customer. Customers need to pay for return shipping to receive the items back that cannot be processed as a return.

EXCEPTIONS to the 7-day return policy:

  • Incomplete, damaged, worn condition or with fragrance, pet hair and odors/stains, smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, altered, washed returns or reasonably believed to have been used.
  • FINAL SALE, NON-RETURNABLE/NON- EXCHANGEABLE items cannot be redeemed for a refund or store credit unless a defective, damaged, or incorrect item was received.
  • Jewelry, Accessories, Intimates, Bodysuits, and Swimwear (including cover-ups) are FINAL SALE
  • Bath & Beauty products are FINAL SALE due to health/safety reasons.
  • All Seasonal + Holiday items are FINAL SALE.


Return shipping charge is the customer’s responsibility (unless item received is damaged/defective/incorrect). In these cases, rest assured that we will cover those costs. 

If you receive an incorrect, damaged/defective item, please email us at and include images showing the item received, the damage/defect within 24 hours of delivery to initiate the return process.

We offer products from dozens of vendors and their return process may vary. To submit a return request, please do not send back an item prior to receiving a RMA# and return instructions. In the event a return shipping label is provided, returns will only be accepted via the provided shipping return label.

1. To initiate a return and receive your RMA# please email us at, include order #, item, and reason for return. We will reply to all emails within 24 hours, if you do not see a response, please check your spam folder.  Any unauthorized returns will prevent us from identifying your order and your refund from being processed.
2. Once the return has been authorized, please mail back your return and get insurance with tracking to the address we've provided  to keep post office accountable. Once your return is received, inspected and approved, your refund will be processed. The customer is responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse. If the item is lost on its way back we assume no responsibility for the lost package.

Please allow approximately 5-7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process. Allow time for your bank/credit card to process the refund.
