The Sassy Collection will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind. Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund. If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time. Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item. Please allow The Sassy Collection 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process. The Sassy Collection will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done. Please take a picture of you item and include it in your email.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) with obvious signs of use
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
